As we deal with cosmetics and personal care products, certain return restrictions are necessary to maintain product safety, hygiene, and quality. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
You may request a return if you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or incomplete compared to your confirmed order. To help us investigate the issue quickly, the request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
When submitting a return request, please provide your order number along with clear photographs or a short video showing the product and its packaging. This helps our team verify the issue and process your request efficiently.
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that are safe and unused.
Returns will also not be accepted for products that are missing their original packaging, labels, seals, accessories, or promotional items. Products returned in a condition different from how they were delivered may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details as soon as possible. Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information or images if required.
Once your request has been verified and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process. Please do not return any product without receiving confirmation from our support team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
After the returned product reaches our facility, it will be inspected by our quality assurance team. The inspection helps us confirm that the reported issue matches the condition of the returned product and that it meets the eligibility criteria under this policy.
If the inspection confirms that the return request is valid, we will proceed with the approved resolution. If the returned product does not satisfy our return conditions, the request may be declined, and the product may be sent back to the customer.
Once your return has been approved and the product inspection is completed successfully, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
In eligible cases, TVAK may offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement requests are generally accepted when the customer receives a damaged product, defective item, incorrect product, or an item that has been significantly affected during shipping.
Replacement products are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may issue a refund or offer an alternative solution after discussing it with the customer.
If the return is approved because of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect, the return shipping cost will be borne by TVAK.
However, return requests that do not fall under the eligible conditions mentioned in this policy may not be accepted. In such cases, return shipping costs, if applicable, shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or returns will generally not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
Requests submitted after 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Products returned without original packaging, labels, or seals.
Damage caused due to improper handling, misuse, or storage after delivery.
Minor variations in packaging, product design, or colour due to manufacturer updates or screen display differences.
Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
Customers are requested to provide accurate billing and shipping information while placing an order. TVAK shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
TVAK reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms mentioned in this policy. We also reserve the right to request additional proof or documentation before approving any claim.
Our decision regarding the eligibility of a return or refund shall be final after evaluating the submitted information and the condition of the returned product.
