At TVAK, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a smooth shopping experience while maintaining efficient order processing.

We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase. However, if you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched from our warehouse. Since our team begins processing orders shortly after payment confirmation, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at the earliest possible opportunity.

If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, it will be reviewed and approved accordingly. Once approved, the order will be cancelled, and no further processing or shipment will take place.

After Shipment

Once an order has been packed and handed over to our courier partner for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. At this stage, the shipment is already in transit, and we are unable to stop or recall it.

If you receive a product that qualifies for a return under our Return & Refund Policy, you may contact our support team after delivery. Eligible requests will be handled in accordance with the terms mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team using the contact details available on our website. Kindly provide your order number, registered email address or mobile number, and the reason for cancellation so that we can identify your order quickly.

Our support team will verify the current status of your order and inform you whether the cancellation request can be processed. We always make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before dispatch.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used while placing the order. Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is approved. However, the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or UPI service provider.

Seller’s Right to Cancel

TVAK reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing or technical errors, unsuccessful payment verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or situations beyond our reasonable control.

In the event that an order is cancelled by TVAK after payment has been successfully received, the customer will be notified promptly, and a full refund of the paid amount will be processed through the original payment method. We are committed to maintaining transparency and ensuring that our customers are informed throughout the process.
